About these terms

These terms govern use of infinitywebsolutions.co.uk and explain the status of general service and pricing information shown on the website. They do not replace a project proposal, statement of work or service agreement. Where a written project agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the project agreement takes priority for that work.

Website content

The website provides general information about services, previous work and typical starting prices. Reasonable care is taken to keep it accurate, but it is not a binding offer and should not be treated as professional legal, financial or regulatory advice.

Portfolio descriptions identify the type of work completed but do not claim that every feature, result or ongoing operation remains unchanged after handover.

Quotes, scope and pricing

• Prices marked “from”, “starting at” or with a plus sign are starting points rather than fixed quotes.
• A written quote or proposal will define the agreed deliverables, exclusions, revisions, timeline and project price.
• Third-party costs—such as domains, hosting, Shopify subscriptions, apps, advertising spend, licences and payment fees—are separate unless expressly included in writing.
• Optional rush delivery is subject to availability, a suitable scope and an additional charge confirmed before work begins.
• A project is not booked until any stated acceptance and deposit requirements have been met.

Timelines and client materials

Any delivery estimate depends on the agreed scope, timely access to content and accounts, feedback, approvals and third-party availability. Delays in receiving required materials or decisions may move the delivery date. A specific guaranteed deadline applies only where it is clearly agreed in writing.

You are responsible for ensuring that content, logos, images, data and other materials you supply can lawfully be used for the project.

Intellectual property

The ownership and licence position for project work is set out in the applicable written agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, third-party software, fonts, themes, stock assets, platforms and services remain subject to their own licences and are not transferred as original intellectual property.

The Infinity Web Solutions name, branding, site design and general website content may not be copied or reused without permission.

Google Ads and marketing services

Advertising performance cannot be guaranteed. Results are affected by search demand, competition, budgets, market conditions, the offer, landing pages, tracking, sales follow-up and decisions made by advertising platforms. Google media spend is separate from management fees unless expressly agreed otherwise.

External services and links

The website links to external portfolio sites, WhatsApp and other third-party services. Infinity Web Solutions does not control their availability, content or privacy practices. Use of those services is subject to their own terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Infinity Web Solutions is not responsible for loss caused by reliance on general website information, external services, events outside reasonable control or use of the site contrary to these terms. Project-specific liability is governed by the relevant written agreement.

Changes and governing law

These website terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
