Who is responsible for your information?

Information collected

When you submit an enquiry, call, email or contact Infinity Web Solutions through WhatsApp, information may include:

• your name, email address and telephone number;
• your business name, website and the service you are interested in;
• information you choose to include in your message;
• campaign attribution information, such as UTM values or Google click identifiers, when optional measurement has been accepted; and
• technical and security information required to protect forms from abuse.

How and why information is used

• To respond to enquiries and prepare requested proposals: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and for legitimate business interests in communicating with prospective clients.
• To provide agreed services and support: to perform a contract and manage the client relationship.
• To protect the website and forms: for legitimate interests in preventing spam, fraud and misuse.
• To measure advertising and website performance: only where you have accepted optional measurement technologies. You can reject or withdraw that consent at any time.
• To meet legal and accounting duties: where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

Services that process information

Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the website and respond to enquiries:

• Cloudflare, for website hosting, security and Turnstile spam protection;
• Resend, for securely delivering form enquiries by email;
• Google, for consent-aware advertising and analytics measurement when optional tracking is accepted; and
• WhatsApp/Meta, if you choose to contact the business using the WhatsApp link.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy arrangements. Some processing may take place outside the UK. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are relied on for international transfers.

How long information is kept

General enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months so the conversation can be followed up and previous proposals can be understood. Client, contractual, invoicing and accounting records may be retained for longer where required by law or reasonably needed to establish or defend legal rights. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised.

Advertising and cookies

The Google tag starts with advertising and analytics storage, advertising user-data use and ad personalisation denied. Until you accept optional measurement, non-essential Google cookies and full advertising measurement remain disabled; Google may receive limited, cookieless consent-mode signals. If accepted, campaign and interaction data may be sent to Google, and enquiry details may be used for enhanced conversion measurement in line with the consent choice and Google’s requirements. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access to your information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, receive portable information and withdraw consent.
